We know that planning an event begins with choosing a menu that will please the guests and compliment your theme.  Whether it is a wedding, special event or craft service we anticipate catering to you!  We strive to provide our clients with the best tasting cuisine and superb customer service, while implementing our meal planning expertise.  We know you are on a budget, and we are too!  That is the reason we choose not to operate from a traditional restaurant space.  Instead, we sublease space at a commercial kitchen in Redlands, Ca - The Cooking Block - which lowers our overhead so we can continue to offer affordable menu options to our clients. 

Our story begins in the summer of 2008…

After brainstorming employment options for our family’s future, we came to the conclusion that customer service should be a business’ priority and that we don’t see enough good service in the businesses we frequent.  We came up with a game plan: to teach our children what good customer service involves and meaningfully contribute to a benevolent future.  Our own family upbringings
imparted knowledge of customer service from retaining service jobs in our early teen years, working with family and friends. What better way to keep family close and teach them how to deal well
with different temperaments than to work together towards a common goal?  Six months later we had it all on paper and started putting our plan into action. Our catering company is now gaining
distinction in Riverside and the rest of the Inland Empire. 

Ashley Catering has served numerous weddings in the Riverside Art Museum and at Crestmore Manner in Rubidoux, charity and community action events for Riverside County (specifically the Mental Health Department), as well as dedication ceremonies for the Riverside community.
